Our Story
A Passion for Care, A Vision for Change
Next Chapter Residential Services was born out of a shared vision to create supportive, safe, and nurturing homes for individuals who need it most. Founded by Artel and Kassidy, the heart of our organization is rooted in their deep commitment to making a difference in the lives of youth and adults with developmental disabilities.
Artel, a dedicated Child and Youth Worker, brings years of hands-on experience in supporting young people through challenging times. His passion for helping youth navigate life’s complexities drives our trauma-informed approach and commitment to creating environments where every individual can grow, heal, and thrive.
Kassidy, an Educational Assistant (EA), understands the importance of individualized care, especially for those with diverse needs. Her experience in educational settings has given her invaluable insights into creating tailored support systems that empower both youth and adults to reach their full potential, whether that’s in school, work, or daily life.
Together, Artel and Kassidy founded Next Chapter Residential Services with the belief that every person deserves respect, dignity, and the opportunity to live independently and meaningfully. Their combined expertise and passion for building stronger communities shape everything we do, from our programs to the care we provide.
